Fostering Hope Lower Bucks
Fostering Hope relies on donations to keep the Foster-Share Closet open and Bags of Hope going to foster families and children. All donations go to operational costs and providing tangible support to children in foster care in Southeastern PA. We appreciate all varieties of donations including monthly gifts, one-time gifts, gift-cards, donation drive sponsors, purchases off our wish-list, as well as any good to new quality donations of baby gear, clothing, toys, books, etc. If you would like to donate financially please use the form on this page.Your gift provides critical resources to children that desperately need it and to those who are willing and able to turn their families into foster families.

Family Services of Bucks County
Last year, nearly 50,000 people turned to us for help addressing a broad range of challenges. We serve people where they live and work – in their homes, in their communities and in our offices.We offer a variety of programs and services focused on increasing opportunities for adults, protecting seniors, reducing substance use, improving the lives of those with mental illness, preparing children and adolescents for the future, improving the quality of life for those living with HIV/AIDS and much more. We also operate the Bucks County Emergency Homeless Shelter, a temporary residence for individuals and families who have lost safe and stable housing.
Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County
People in Bucks County and all over the world partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Habitat Bucks’ new shared equity, land trust model now permanently preserves the affordability of our homes. With our help, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and their families.
Rolling Harvest Food Rescue
Nutritional InternSince 2010, Rolling Harvest has been focused on partnering with local farmers, making it easy for them to share their fresh, healthy produce with the food-insecure communities in which they live. Our dedicated volunteers help with daily pick-up and delivery schedules from 43 farms and food producers, assist with weekly distributions to more than 80 hunger relief sites, and glean (harvest) directly from our farm partners’ fields, and at our new Rolling Harvest fields at Gravity Hill Farm.
Washington Crossing Park
Summer InternBrandon Fey is a recent graduate from Holy Ghost Prep who has interned with the park since 2021. He also earned Jr. Volunteer of the year in 2023. Brandon will be attending Gettysburg College this fall as an Eisenhower Scholar. In addition to serving as an interpreter for our Colonial Days Program Brandon also assisted in developing new living history programs and took the lead in developing a podcast that will educate listeners about the events of 1776 and the Ten Crucial Days Campaign, which the Crossing was a major part of. Brandon is an excellent researcher and is always thinking of new ways to expand our programs for new audiences.
Penndel Food Pantry
Bucks County Housing Group runs two food pantries and two mobile markets in the county in service of our mission. To become a pantry patron, please fill out a registration form during operating hours. To qualify for Federal and State Food Aid you must not exceed income levels set by the USDA. You should be a resident of Bucks County and a picture ID is helpful but not necessary. Pantry patrons may visit once each week. You do not need to make an appointment.
Upper Makefield Fire Company Food Drive - Betsy's Basket
UMFC will be collecting Non-Perishable Food for the Penndel Food Pantry. The Penndel Food Pantry Is In Desperate Need Of Canned and Boxed Food Items Which Should Be In Date and Undamaged, Please No Glass Containers. This year is the 2nd year of “Betsy’s Basket” in memory of Betsy Barry who originally started the food drive. Please make a food donation so we can fill many of these baskets in her memory.
Pennsbury High School Key Club
Key Club is a student-led, high school organization. Our members make the world a better place through service. In doing so, we grow as individuals and as leaders by answering the call to lead, summoning the courage to engage and developing the heart to serve.@ Pennsbury High School
Youth Orchestra of Bucks County
The Youth Orchestra of Bucks County provides students in grades 4 through 12 with advanced musical training to enhance and supplement their school programs.Based on level of mastery, students are placed in one or more of our eight core ensembles that include string-only groups, concert bands, and full orchestras. In addition to our weekly Sunday rehearsals during the school year, YOBC offers students opportunities for peer mentoring, chamber ensembles, advanced performing opportunities, and professionally run master classes for all instrumental groups. For our older students, we also offer international musical performance tours.
Council Rock North Band
The CRBPA is the Council Rock Band Parent Association. The purpose of the CRBPA is to promote, assist and support the instrumental music organizations at Council Rock North. We help with uniforms; at all games, band competitions, and special events (home and away as requested by the Band Director); and plan and execute fundraising activities as needed. The funds from such activities are used to support the activities for student members of the CRHSN Bands. None of the band’s activities could happen without the support of parent volunteers.

Breakfast with Santa
For more than 30 years, the greater Newtown community has launched the holiday season by making the season brighter for Council Rock families facing economic and personal hardships.
The families are treated to breakfast, share their Christmas wishes with Santa and receive a special age appropriate gift from the man of the hour.
